Emma is an experienced Family Law Solicitor, Resolution Accredited Specialist in Advanced Financial matters and Pension Provision on Divorce and a former member of the Law Society Children Panel.  She joined Gaynham King and Mellor Solicitors in 2016 and is based at our main office in Penrith.

Whilst Emma's Professional interests focus on  Divorce, Separation and Financial Remedy proceedings, she continues to use her experience  as a Child Care Solicitor to represent Parents and other Family members in both Private Law and Public Law (Child Protection) Children Act proceedings, and when necessary, matters concerning Domestic abuse in relationships and relationship breakdown.
