- Driving whilst Disqualified by Court Order
- Driving without Due Care and Attention/Careless Driving
- Inconsiderate Driving
- Failing to Identify a driver suspected of having committed an offence
- Failure to stop/report an accident
- No insurance
- Drug related road traffic offences
- Offences relating to the construction and/or use of vehicles
As well as acting for clients from within our immediate geographical area, we also regularly advise and represent individuals from around the UK who find themselves accused of a traffic related infringement in north Cumbria. We have particular experience dealing with and assisting clients accused of committing road traffic offences on the northern stretch of the M6 motorway, in light of our Penrith office location, just off the M6 junction 40 interchange.
We attend the local Magistrates’ Courts regularly to provide legal representation on behalf of clients from initial hearing to trial and/or sentencing and we pride ourselves on giving clients sensible, practical legal advice on the merits of their case whilst bearing in mind potential costs implications and the manner in which the local bench of magistrates is likely to deal with any given case.
For specific advice and assistance in respect of any road traffic offence please do not hesitate to make contact with us.
